Step 1

Getting Started

  1. Click here to fill out the Get Started form, or schedule a discovery call directly by clicking here.
  2. We will kick off with a consultation to understand your unique needs, preferences, and goals. This helps us gauge the scope of work and provide an accurate quote.
  3. Based on our discussions, we prepare a Scope of Work document outlining the project’s details, including design, features, timeline, and costs. We then formalize our partnership through a signed agreement and collect the deposit.
Step 2

Connecting Hostaway to Hudson Creative Studio

  1. Find your Hostaway ID and API key. You can activate the connection from the ‘Marketplace’ for Hudson Creative Studio to generate your API Key:
    • Go to the Hostaway Dashboard
    • Click on ‘Marketplace’ within the dashboard, then search for Hudson Creative Studio and click on the ‘Connect/Configure’ button available there:
    • This will expand the partner box and you can click on ‘Connect’ again to start generating the Keys:
    • Then you can click ‘Create’ to generate the API Key:
    • The new credentials will then be presented on the screen. Please make sure to copy and save the API Key safely as it will be visible only once:
  2. Share the Account ID and API Keys with your project manager at Hudson Creative Studio.
Step 3

Website Creation Process

  • First Look
    Once we have all the necessary details, our team gets to work on creating the first version of your website in a staging environment. In about 2-3 weeks, we share this initial draft of your new website, ready for your feedback.
  • Revisions
    With the first look shared, we enter the iterative phase of the project, where you provide feedback and any missing content, and we work it into the staging site. The process continues until you are happy with the results.
  • Launch
    With your go-ahead, we settle the remaining project fee and launch your website. We go through a comprehensive checklist to ensure everything is ready for primetime.
