I am an owner of Nice Stay NYC — we operate a small portfolio of short-term rental apartments located in Manhattan. Before working with Hudson Creative, our direct booking website was native to our STR-management platform and had limitations as far as allowing us to market our brand and thus, take advantage of its direct booking engine.
